Official Giveaway Rules

Please read these rules carefully before entering. Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility and Entry Limits

  • Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States.

  • Entry Limit: Strictly one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per Instagram handle. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  • Method of Entry: Entry is valid only through the official Website form and requires completion of all steps outlined in the giveaway.

2. Giveaway Timeline

  • Entry Period: The contest begins on December 3 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 14th, 2025.

  • Winner Announcement: Winners will be selected and publicly announced on our Instagram Story on December 15th, 2025.

3. Winner Notification and Claiming Prize

  • Notification: Winners will be contacted directly via Email and/or Instagram DM on December 15th.

  • Prize Claim: The selected winner must reply to the notification message and provide the required shipping information for their nominated recipient within 36 hours of first contact.

  • Deadline for Delivery: To guarantee delivery before Christmas, we require a response within 36 hours. Failure to respond within this window will result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. Prize Details

  • Prize: One set of Dear Mello Organic Plush Bunny, shipped to the winner’s nominated recipient.
